As Principal of SRINIVASA PUBLIC SCHOOL, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our school website. Each child who arrives in SPS comes with their own individual challenges. Our task during their time is to help them to come to love and accept themselves as they are, and to believe what is true; that they have much to offer this world should they choose to fulfil their own unique potential.
We at Srinivasa focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. From academics to co-curricular activities, perseverance and a never-say-die spirit are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings.My mission as principal is to always put kids first! My belief is that all students can learn, and it is our job to support all of their needs. As educators, we need to discover how each child learns in order to differentiate our instruction to support diverse learning styles; all children are different.

It is very hard to focus and concentrate. But if we learn this skill, our level of self- Confidence will increase and we can easily achieve our destination. To make this happen I emphasize on self-discipline. Self-discipline is the first and foremost value to be followed. If there is self-discipline, self-esteem will automatically dwell in us, which in turn lead to confidence and makes us achieve our destination. This is the road to success. Hence, self-discipline, self-esteem and self-confidence are the most predominant milestones in the path of success. “Plan your work and work your plan” should be our mantra. Planning with time-management takes us a long way to improve our life style.
We try hard to spread pleasant odors from our garden. Just listen to elders their experiences always speak well for you because experience is the best teacher. Respect and adore our parents. They are the first god to you.

Because the fortune favors the brave. So to achieve your dreams and destination you need to be brave to face certain challenges of your life. Don’t get upset with failures, because they are not at all failures – those are the ways which will not work out for success. Also nothing ever great is achieved without enthusiasm. He who hesitates always loses. So be confident to raise your fortune.
It is indeed the little things that can influence every part of our lives and make all the difference. Don’t Feel Bad about making mistakes but learn from your mistakes. Focus on little things that matters and gradually begin to master these little things by striving for excellence.
